Purpose

The purpose of this form is to gather specific, evidence-based input to help shape potential community protections, monitoring commitments, and accountability measures related to the Hermosa Project.

This is not a general opinion form. Submissions should identify a specific concern, explain the basis for that concern, describe the potential pathway of impact, and recommend a practical protection, monitoring measure, trigger, or accountability provision that could be considered for inclusion in a Community Protections and Benefits Agreement.

Submissions should focus on practical, measurable, and implementable protections or benefits that can be monitored, verified, and incorporated into a formal agreement.
